Oeder Kogel, Mountain summit in the Tegernsee Alps, Bavaria, Germany

Oeder Kogel is a 1135 m summit in the Tegernseer Berge of the Bavarian Prealps, standing in a line of lower peaks before the Neureut–Gindelalm ridge with Gassler Berg, Schußkogel and Wallenburger Kogel. Its north side and summit are wooded, and a small ski area lies at its foot.

The sources record no memorial or military event on Oeder Kogel; the summit's documented history is cartographic and recreational. It appears as a 1135 m peak of the Tegernseer Berge, and a small ski area was laid out at its foot. The saddle towards the Ostiner Berg, with its boggy meadow and spring of the Schußbach, is reached by forest roads from Ostin.

The approach starts from Ostin on forest roads; the last roughly 30 metres of ascent to the wooded summit are pathless, so route-finding is needed. The saddle holds a marshy meadow, which can be crossed on foot or by mountain bike.

The saddle between this summit and Ostiner Berg marks where the Schußbach stream begins. This water source supports an important ecological system in the local area.
