Ballhaus Tiergarten, Heritage monument in Moabit, Germany.
The Ballhaus Tiergarten features yellow and red brick construction with arched windows, flanked by two low side wings in Italian villa style.
Built in 1879-1880, the building initially served as an officers' casino for the 1st Guard Field Artillery Regiment under architect Otto Heimerdinger's direction.
The building contains a 120-square-meter reception hall, known as the German Hall, which maintains its original architectural elements through careful restoration.
Located at Perleberger Strasse 62 in Berlin, the building now functions as the Embassy of Uzbekistan while also hosting musical concerts.
Uzbek workers reconstructed the ceiling of the German Hall using preserved fragments after removing a temporary ceiling installed in the 1930s.
