St. Marien

St. Marien is a classical stone hall church in Weigenheim featuring a prominent tower that marks the town's skyline. The interior contains a choir and sacristy positioned on the eastern side alongside the tower.

The current building was completed in 1832 after the original structure was found unsafe in 1813. Construction proceeded with support from Prince Joseph of Schwarzenberg.

The church has served as a place of Lutheran faith for the local Weigenheim community since its founding. It continues to shape the religious and social life of residents today.
