Aufklärungsturm M

Aufklärungsturm M is a grey concrete structure with functional design that rises prominently above the surroundings of Neustadt in Holstein. The building features several levels with protruding elements and small window openings that remain visible today and hint at its original purpose.

The tower was built in the middle of the 20th century as part of a marine signal station on Germany's coastal defense system. It was decommissioned in 1992 and is now protected as a cultural heritage site in the region.
