Faller-Klamm-Brücke

The Faller-Klamm-Brücke is a road bridge that spans the Sylvenstein reservoir and provides two lanes for vehicles plus space for cyclists. The structure was built from reinforced concrete and sits at an elevation of about 768 meters above sea level.

The bridge opened in 1957 to improve traffic connections in the mountain region and allow faster access between communities on both sides of the lake. The project was part of post-war infrastructure development that supported growing mobility needs.
