The Bismarck monument in Heppens is a life-size statue of Reich Chancellor Otto von Bismarck wearing a long coat and carrying a sabre. It was inaugurated on 24 April 2015 and stands in the Wilhelmshaven district of Heppens.

An original monument was created in 1905 by Georg Meyer-Steglitz but was lost during World War II. The current work was erected in 2015 and replaces the destroyed original with a fresh artistic interpretation.

The statue's funding came from a barrel-organ player: CDU councillor August Desenz founded the August-Desenz-Drehorgel-Stiftung, which raised 45,000 euros for the figure. At the 24 April 2015 inauguration, the Green party faction handed out green Bismarck herrings, and critics called the project a piece of real-life satire.

The statue stands in the Heppens district of Wilhelmshaven, at coordinates roughly 53.526 north, 8.127 east, on public ground open to passers-by. It is a life-size figure, so it can be examined up close on foot; no entry formalities apply. Visitors reach it on foot through the neighbourhood streets.

The monument was not funded by government authorities but was made possible through private donations from local people. A street musician played a role in collecting these funds, showing how citizens supported the creation of this work.
