Aubervilliers

Aubervilliers is a commune in Seine-Saint-Denis, located northeast of Paris and bordering several neighboring towns. The Canal Saint-Denis runs through the western part of the commune, linking the Seine with the Canal de l'Ourcq.

The settlement began in the 11th century and evolved from a farming village into an industrial site. Factories moved in during the 19th century, reshaping the landscape entirely.
