The Château de Tiregand stands among 35 hectares of vineyards on the slopes of Pécharmant, featuring sandy and gravelly soils suited for wine production.
The castle received monument historique inscrit status, recognizing its architectural value and contribution to French heritage since the 1700s.
The estate produces Bergerac sec and Pécharmant wines, aged in barrels for 12 months following traditional winemaking methods of the Périgord region.
Visitors can schedule guided tours Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM between November and December.
The château combines wine production facilities with historical architecture, offering both educational tours and wine tasting experiences throughout the year.
