Tour Mirabeau

Tour Mirabeau is a modern residential and office building with an unusual triangular footprint, positioned at the intersection of three major streets near the Seine. The structure extends across 18 floors and stands at the southern edge of the Front de Seine development, directly overlooking the river.

This tower was completed in 1972 as part of a major waterfront redevelopment project in Paris. Its construction reflected the urban renewal vision that transformed the 15th arrondissement during that period.

The building's triangular shape follows the street layout, creating a distinctive form that shapes how visitors experience this area of the waterfront district. This design choice became a defining feature of the neighborhood's 1970s transformation.
