Parc Heller

Parc Heller is a municipal park in Antony that spreads across a large area and includes the Ru des Godets stream running through it as well as a lake called Etang du Soleil. The grounds feature various sections with sports fields, courts, and other facilities for outdoor activities.

The land was owned by the Marquis de Castries until the French Revolution changed its status. A mansion called Chateau Saran was built on the grounds in the second half of the 19th century and continues to shape the park's character.

The park is named after Georges Heller, a figure connected to this place. Visitors also find the grave of Francois Mole here, an important playwright of the 18th century who held a significant role in French theater.

The park is accessible on foot daily and offers several entry points for visitors. The location is good for walks along the natural waterways and for enjoying various sports activities available throughout the grounds.

The grounds hold a remarkable variety of tree species originating from different parts of the world and they shape the landscape. This botanical mix makes the place one where visitors can experience different environments side by side.
