Jardin du Vasterival

The Vasterival garden extends across 30 acres of land, containing more than 10,000 plant species that display seasonal changes throughout the year.

Princess Greta Sturdza established this garden by transforming an entire valley over sixty years, incorporating 9,000 different plant varieties into the landscape.

The garden represents French horticultural excellence through its carefully planned sections including an arboretum, conservatory, water features, and specialized plant collections.

Guided tours lasting between one and three hours operate Monday through Friday at 11:00 AM from March to September, with entry fees of 15 euros for adults.

The garden maintains specific microclimates that enable the cultivation of plants from diverse global regions within its seven-hectare expanse.
