The Château du Pin stands with three levels, four corner towers, and a central tower built into the slopes of Ardèche's landscape.

Construction of the fortress began in the 12th century by the Chanaleilles family and reached completion in 1592 during the Wars of Religion.

The castle functions as a contemporary art center, featuring exhibitions within its vaulted rooms and French-style ceilings throughout the year.

Visitors can explore both the castle and its gardens from May through August, with guided tours available Thursday to Sunday between 3 PM and 7 PM.

The property contains seven garden terraces with 130 varieties of roses and contemporary sculptures, earning recognition as 'Remarkable Gardens' from France's Ministry of Culture.
