Château de la Bourbansais, Historical castle in Pleugueneuc, France.

The castle features two main wings arranged at right angles, with round towers topped by dome roofs and finials on the south facade.

Construction began in 1583 under Jean de La Colombière, and significant renovations in 1745 added decorated salons by the carpenter Mancel.

The French gardens, recognized with the Remarkable Garden label, represent traditional landscape design with geometric patterns and ornamental elements.

The castle opens from April to September, offering falconry shows, wildlife presentations, and guided tours through the interior and gardens.

Twenty generations of the same family have owned the property since its construction, making it one of the longest continuous family ownerships in France.
