Château de La Chaize

Château de La Chaize is a wine estate and historical monument in the Beaujolais region, occupying a large property with vineyards in multiple directions. A 108-meter-long wine cellar forms the functional core of the complex, where grapes are processed and wines age.

Construction began in 1676 under architect Jules Hardoin-Mansart, who shaped the main building and its surroundings. The landscape gardens were designed by André Le Nôtre, establishing the estate's visual character from its earliest years.
