Musée Baccarat, Crystal Museum in Place des États-Unis, Paris, France
The Musée Baccarat is housed in an elegant Parisian mansion and displays a collection of crystal objects including vases, glasses, and lighting pieces. The rooms show how designs and forms of these crystal pieces have evolved from the 1800s to the present day.
The Paris museum occupies the former mansion of Marie-Laure de Noailles at 11 place des États-Unis, redecorated by Philippe Starck in 2003. Before that move it was housed at 30 and 30bis rue de Paradis in the 10th arrondissement, in an old Baccarat bronze depot and workshop. It closed permanently in December 2023.
