Description
Font-Romeu is a ski area in the French Pyrenees with more than 50 kilometers of marked runs between 1600 and 2200 meters elevation. The terrain offers a mix of wide slopes for different skill levels and tree-lined descents.
History
The area was developed as a winter sports destination in the mid-1900s and joined the Neiges Catalanes network of connected ski areas. This partnership helped establish the region as a major winter destination in the Pyrenees.
