Fontaine Sainte-Anne du Guerno, Historical fountain in Le Guerno, France

Fontaine Sainte-Anne du Guerno stands on rue de la fontaine Sainte-Anne: a square stone base of rough grey, white and dark mottled blocks, with an arched opening closed by a metal grate beneath a flat ledge. Four round columns rise from a carved base to a circular canopy roof, sheltering a dark reddish statue of a draped figure holding a child. The canopy is capped by a rounded dome with animal-like carvings and a small finial.
