Hôtel d'Aguesseau, Private mansion in 6th arrondissement, France.

The Hôtel d'Aguesseau features a classical French architectural design with a monumental portal and an interior courtyard at 18 rue Séguier.

Built in 1635, this mansion belonged to Antoine d'Aguesseau, who served as First President of the Parliament of Bordeaux in 1632.

The building now houses Actes Sud publishing house, maintaining its connection to French literary and intellectual pursuits since 1997.

Visitors can reach the mansion through Odéon or Saint-Michel metro stations, with the main entrance located on rue Séguier.

A commemorative plaque marks the former office of Georges Pitard, a communist lawyer executed by Nazi forces in 1941.
