Hôtel de Soyecourt, Private mansion in 1st arrondissement of Paris, France
The Hôtel de Soyecourt presents stone facades with pilasters, large windows, and multiple courtyards spread across 3,800 square meters of living space.
Built in 1707 as Hôtel de Maisons, the mansion belonged to Claude de Longueil before becoming the residence of the Soyecourt family in 1732.
The mansion contains Louis XV reception rooms featuring gilt moldings and maintains traditional French aristocratic architectural elements throughout its structure.
The property includes seven residential apartments, 450 square meters of office space, and a 2,600-square-meter garden protected by high walls.
In 2010, this private residence sold for 100 million euros, establishing itself as one of the most substantial real estate transactions in Paris.
