L'Aubergade

L'Aubergade is a Michelin-starred restaurant and hotel set in a white stone building with exposed wooden beams, period fireplaces, and ancient terracotta tiles throughout. The property contains six guest rooms and three suites alongside an outdoor pool and the award-winning dining venue.

The building originates from the thirteenth century when it belonged to Raymond VII, Count of Toulouse. Michel and Maryse Trama acquired the property in 1978 and developed it into a Michelin-recognized dining establishment starting in 2020.

The dining rooms display Baroque-inspired furnishings with antique rugs, velvet seating, and eighteenth-century pieces that create an ornate backdrop for meals. This setting reflects how French fine dining spaces blend historical references with contemporary comfort.
