Nistos

Nistos is a cross-country ski resort in the Hautes-Pyrénées, located between the Aure and Aran valleys with marked trails and paths. The terrain features around 43 kilometers of ski routes plus about 12 kilometers of snowshoe tracks that wind through the mountain landscape.

The resort was created to bring winter sports opportunities to the Pyrenees and helped develop mountain tourism infrastructure in the region. This project allowed local communities to benefit from seasonal activities and expand their economic options.
