Parc Saint-Paul, Themed family park in Oise, France

Parc Saint-Paul is a leisure park in the Oise department of northern France with rides for families and a spacious picnic area. The grounds spread across wooded sections and open lawns where more than three dozen attractions stand, from carousels for small children to roller coasters for teenagers and adults.

Gérard Hédin, then mayor of Saint-Paul, bought the land beside the D 931 from a chemical engineer who bred racehorses there, and had 3 ha of ponds dug. The site opened in 1979 as Haras Loisirs with horse rides, rowing boats and trout fishing. In 1983 fairground operator André Campion, brother of Marcel Campion, took it over, renamed it and installed the first mechanical rides; his son Gilles took over in 1999. The Looping group bought the park in March 2025.

The park's mascot is Pilou, a blue duck chosen because the park's ponds naturally host many mallards; until 1998 the character was called Balthazar and had wings, and in 2019 a female duck, Pilouna, joined him. Visitors can have their photo taken with the mascots at La Maison de Pilou. The park opened in 1979 as Haras Loisirs, with horse rides, rowing boats and trout fishing on its ponds.

The park lies at Saint-Paul in the Oise, 8 km west of Beauvais and 70 km from Paris, reached via the D 931 road. Its 15 hectares of rides sit within a 27-hectare site that includes parking and backstage areas. The grounds hold 3 hectares of ponds; the Mississippi boat and swan pedalos run on one of them.

The park's mascot is Pilou, a blue duck with a cap and arms; until 1998 the character was called Balthazar and had wings. The blue colour was chosen to set the duck apart, and the duck itself refers to the mallards living on the park's ponds. Visitors can be photographed with Pilou and his companion Pilouna, a female duck with a large pink bow introduced in 2019, at La Maison de Pilou.
