Tour Bretagne, Office tower in central Nantes, France.
Tour Bretagne is a 37-floor office tower standing 144 meters tall in downtown Nantes with a modern architectural style. The building houses office spaces and includes a public viewing level where visitors can see across the city and countryside.
The building opened in November 1976 following five years of construction, representing a turning point in Nantes' modernization effort. Its completion marked the city's push to establish itself as a contemporary economic center.
The panoramic bar on the 32nd floor showcases playful artistic designs that reflect contemporary creativity and local artistic expression. The space feels like stepping into a work of art where people gather to enjoy refreshments while taking in the view.
The observation point on the 32nd floor is open to the public and offers panoramic views across the city and surrounding countryside. Visiting on a clear day gives you the best sight lines to see the landscape stretch out before you.
The bar on the highest public floor features an artistic counter design shaped like a stork, creating an unexpected and playful element in the tower's viewing experience. This artistic touch transforms what could be an ordinary observation deck into a space with character and charm.
