Tour Panoramique, les Aulnes, Residential tower in Maxéville, France
The Tour Panoramique reaches a height of 108 meters with 34 floors, making it the tallest building in the Lorraine region of France.
Construction of the Tour Panoramique began on March 13, 1969, and architects Abel Lucas and Guy Wurmser completed the project after nineteen months of intensive work.
The building represents the urban development trends of the early 1970s, with its modern architectural elements and mixed-use design for residential and office spaces.
Four high-speed elevators serve all floors of the building, which contains 109 apartments ranging from three to five rooms and several office spaces.
The tower's walls gradually decrease in thickness as the building rises, resulting in larger living spaces in the upper-floor apartments.
