Temple for Peace

Temple for Peace is a Buddhist monastery located in Aubry-le-Panthou that occupies a large multi-level complex. The structure blends Tibetan architectural traditions with contemporary design elements.

The project received approval from French authorities and backing from a prominent Buddhist spiritual leader. The construction was financed through community donations and artistic activities.

The monastery serves as a meeting point for people from different spiritual backgrounds. Here, Buddhist practices are shared alongside other forms of cultural expression and artistic creation.

Visitors can participate in meditation sessions, workshops, and events held throughout the year at the site. The complex is open to the public and welcomes people with diverse interests and backgrounds.

The community was founded by a Tibetan lama with a vision for a space where different spiritual traditions could work together. This philosophy continues to guide the activities and events held here today.
