Église Saint-Germain de La Ferté-Loupière

Église Saint-Germain is a church with three naves, a transept, and a flat chevet with semi-circular chapels showing regional building features. The building combines Romanesque foundations with later Gothic elements in its structures.

The building is first mentioned in 1137 and underwent major changes in the 15th century when the Courtenay family introduced elements of a later Gothic style. This period of rebuilding shaped the appearance visitors see today.
