Zinnkoepflé

Zinnkoepflé is a Grand Cru vineyard spanning approximately 70 hectares between the Strangenberg and Bollenberg hills, with limestone-sandstone soils that define its wines. The geology of the region creates conditions that influence the flavor profiles and characteristics of the local production.

The earliest written records of vineyards near Soultzmatt date to the 12th and 13th centuries, marking when viticulture in this area became documented. This long tradition of grape cultivation has continued to develop throughout the following centuries.
