Launch site for V-1 flying bombs at Brécourt, Military launch installation in Équeurdreville-Hainneville, France.

The Brécourt facility contains two parallel reinforced concrete walls forming a ramp directed towards Bristol, with underground storage tunnels spanning the complex.

German forces transformed former French Navy fuel storage tunnels between 1943 and 1944 into a V-1 flying bomb launch site with capacity for 300 missiles.

The site received monument historique classification in 1995, preserving the military engineering achievements of World War II for future generations.

Access to the launch complex remains restricted throughout the year except during Heritage Days when guided visits allow exploration of specific sections.

The installation housed eight concrete tanks with 80,000 cubic meters capacity, requiring 5,000 workers for construction and engineering modifications.
