Château de Margon, Medieval castle in Margon, France.

The castle features a rectangular main building with three round towers and stands three stories tall with a 34-meter facade.

The construction began in the 12th century as a feudal residence for the Alquier family before passing to the L'Isle and Antignac families.

The interior rooms from the 18th century contain original decorations depicting landscapes and portraits throughout the independent chambers.

The castle offers guided tours lasting 60 minutes, with entry fees starting at 7 euros, accepting both cash and bank checks.

The gardens extend over one hectare, featuring French classical designs with terraced levels connected by a water buffet system created in 1719.
