Château de Présilly, Medieval castle in Présilly, France.

The rectangular keep of the castle stands on Crotard hill at an elevation of 638 meters, surrounded by 13th-century fortified walls.

The Lords of Dramelay owned the castle until 1423, when Nicolas Rolin, chancellor of the Dukes of Burgundy, acquired the property.

The fortified site includes defensive architectural elements, including a barbican, moats cut into the rock, and a gatehouse with a drawbridge.

The castle lies on a 22.4-kilometer mountain bike trail starting from Orgelet, with an elevation gain of 546 meters through Jura landscapes.

The castle's cistern, carved into solid rock, demonstrates medieval water storage techniques for siege periods.
