Pointe Arghiavana is a mountain summit in southern Corsica rising to 1113 meters (3650 feet). From the top, you can see granite rock formations, rolling hills, and the Mediterranean Sea spreading across the horizon.
This summit sits in a region that became part of France in 1768 when Corsica was incorporated into the French state. The area has maintained its own distinct character throughout the centuries since then.
