Brancusi's Studio, Sculpture museum at Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris, France.

Brancusi's Studio is a sculpture museum housed within Centre Pompidou that contains the collection of the Romanian-born French sculptor. The space holds around 137 sculptures, 87 bases, 41 drawings, and numerous photographic glass plates arranged across about 600 square meters.

The artist died in 1957 and left his entire studio to the French state. After several relocations and reconstructions, the collection found its home at Centre Pompidou in 1997.

The artist arranged his works in relation to each other to create new perspectives on how objects interact within space. This arrangement reveals how the creator viewed space as an essential part of his artistic vision.

The museum is easily reachable on foot from the city center and sits within a large modern cultural complex. Opening hours are limited, so it's worth checking current visiting times before your trip.

The artist replaced sold works with plaster casts to preserve the original spatial arrangement of the studio. This practice reveals how essential the exact positioning of each element was to him.
