Abbaye Saint-Denis de Reims

The abbey of Saint-Denis de Reims is a building complex in Reims that now serves as an art museum and displays architectural elements from various periods. The ensemble features an entrance building, a grand staircase, and courtyards that span different eras and define the overall structure.

The site was founded at an unknown time and underwent major restoration in 1064 under Archbishop Gervais. In 1633 it joined a religious order following the rule of Saint Augustine.
