Glims Farmstead Museum

The site contains eleven original farm buildings situated in a medieval village landscape, with structures from different historical periods.

The property operated as both a working farm from the 1500s and served as an inn between 1778 and 1822 under the Lönnberg family ownership.

The museum displays illustrate traditional Finnish agricultural methods, domestic life practices, and rural customs through furnished interiors and agricultural equipment.

The museum opens Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 and Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00, with free admission every Wednesday.

A collection of agricultural tools and household items from the 18th and 19th centuries shows the development of farming techniques in southern Finland.
