Kanneltalo

Kanneltalo is a cultural center next to Kannelmäki train station that hosts concerts, exhibitions, and theater performances. The building also contains a library, adult education center, youth club, and cafe.

The cultural center was designed by architect Pekka Salminen and opened in 1992 to serve the Kaarela district. Since its opening, it has become the primary cultural gathering place for the neighborhood.

The center functions as a gathering place where neighbors come together for shows and exhibitions throughout the year. The theater hall and gallery shape the cultural life of the district.

The location is easily accessible from Kannelmäki train station, making it simple for visitors to find their way. The facility is open Monday through Saturday, with extended hours available on weekdays.
