The Or Torah Synagogue contains glass mosaics covering its interior walls, displaying texts and patterns across multiple floors and stairways.
Founded in 1955 by Tunisian immigrants, this synagogue incorporates the traditions and architectural elements from Djerba Island into its structure.
The synagogue exhibits 140 stained glass windows presenting Jewish texts, holidays, symbols, and stories from the creation to modern Israel.
Visitors need to contact the synagogue management before arrival, dress modestly, and males must wear head coverings during their visit.
The synagogue features seven Torah arks, representing the seven heavens in Jewish tradition, each placed on different levels of the building.
