The Palatin Hotel stands at the intersection of Ahad Ha'am and Allenby streets, featuring architectural elements from the 1920s designed by Alexander Baerwald.
Established in 1926, the Palatin Hotel became the first luxury accommodation in Tel Aviv, equipped with wooden floors and elevators previously unseen in the city.
The hotel introduced a system of bronze tokens with floral motifs for guest transactions, which have now become valuable collection items among numismatists.
The building underwent renovation in 2022 with an investment of 150 million NIS, transforming into an 85-room hotel with a restaurant, pool, spa, and business facilities.
During the Second World War, the Palatin Hotel served as temporary accommodation for Allied soldiers after transitioning from its original hospitality function.
