Rothschild 22 Tower

Rothschild 22 is a 29-story glass and steel skyscraper that rises 126.9 meters above Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv. The building houses a hotel on its lower floors and office spaces on the upper levels, with a distinctive public lobby area at street level.

The tower was completed in 2014 on the site of the former Beit ZIM building, which was destroyed in a fire in 1966 and left an empty plot for decades. The construction of this modern structure marked the revitalization of this long-vacant land.

The glass-enclosed lobby at ground level serves as a public gathering space where people naturally congregate and meet. This interior area has become a focal point for community discussion and civic engagement.
