Bank Discount Tower is an office building with 30 floors in Tel Aviv, standing out in the city skyline with its modern glass facade. The structure extends several levels below ground and is served by eight elevators for vertical circulation.
Designed by Moore Yaski Sivan Architects, the tower opened in 2006 after three years of construction. The building rose in two phases, with the lower 13 floors becoming operational first.
The preservation of the adjacent Schiff House as a banking museum demonstrates the integration of Tel Aviv's financial heritage with modern development.
The building sits in a central business district and is easily accessible by public transportation. Security checks at the entrance require some time, so allow extra minutes when arriving.
