Beit Etnachta operates as an emergency residential center providing temporary housing and support services for teenagers between 13 and 19 years old.

Founded in 1996 by the Otot Association, this shelter has served thousands of at-risk youth in Jerusalem through permanent professional support and guidance.

The center welcomes teenagers from all religious and ethnic backgrounds, offering them essential services including meals, accommodations, and educational programs throughout their stay.

Located at 106 Hebron Road, the facility maintains 18 beds and allows stays ranging from one night to three months with parental or welfare service approval.

This residential center remains the sole emergency youth shelter in Jerusalem that operates continuously throughout the year, providing immediate assistance without waiting periods.
