The Great Synagogue in Bnei Brak is a multi-story building with separate prayer halls arranged across different floors. Each level serves distinct congregations while accommodating the needs of various worship styles.

Founded in 1962, the synagogue was established through the initiative of Abraham Stern as a memorial to family members lost during the Holocaust. Its creation reflects the spirit of rebuilding and remembrance during that era.

The building serves as a gathering place where Sephardic, Ashkenazi, and Hasidic communities share worship space. Visitors can observe how different prayer traditions coexist and function side by side within the same walls.

The building offers multiple services including a soup kitchen on the ground floor that provides free meals to visitors. Upper floors contain study centers and learning facilities available to the community.

Inside the building hangs a memorial plaque honoring former Prime Minister Menachem Begin. This quiet tribute remains part of the daily space and reflects the community's broader historical connections.
