BSR Towers, Office skyscraper complex in Tel Aviv District, Israel.
BSR Towers is a four-building complex in Bnei Brak where Tower 2 reaches 121 meters (397 feet) tall across 27 floors and serves as the centerpiece. The entire complex features eight high-speed elevators, dedicated service elevators, and adaptable office layouts designed to serve various company sizes.
The first two towers opened in 2004, representing a major transformation of the site from a former truck depot into a contemporary commercial center. This conversion marked a shift in how industrial areas in the region were being redeveloped into modern office spaces.
The towers show how modern office spaces have become central to daily business life in the region, with their design reflecting the needs of both large corporations and smaller independent operations. The ground level activity reveals how contemporary architecture serves as a backdrop for both professional and commercial pursuits.
The complex is well-designed for movement with its eight fast elevators and separate service elevators, making access between floors straightforward. Note that space is organized for various businesses, so some areas may be restricted depending on tenant policies.
Tower 3 features red terra cotta elements that penetrate through the exterior, defining individual office areas while creating framed views of the city from within. This design choice distinguishes the tower while serving a functional purpose for its tenants.
