Mashiach Borochoff House

The Mashiach Borochoff House is a two-story residential building on Jaffa Road featuring eclectic architecture that blends different styles. Its entrance is framed by an arcade with three pointed arches supported by decorative columns and topped with ornamental rosette ceiling details.

The house was built in 1908 by a wealthy Bukharan Jewish merchant and reflects the construction methods of that era. After the owner's death in 1947, the property was sold to a banking institution.

The gate features lion statues created by a local sculptor, blending Georgian style with oriental influences that reflect the neighborhood's artistic traditions. This combination of different artistic traditions shapes how the property appears to visitors today.
