Global Village Tech Park

Global Village Tech Park is a technology park in Kengeri with about 3 million square feet of building space, hosting numerous international companies and software development centers. The site spreads across a large area and accommodates thousands of employees from various corporations.

The park was founded in 1978 and was initially managed by the Cafe Coffee Day Group. In 2019, ownership changed hands when Blackstone Group and Salarpuria Sattva took over the property.
