Sri Kodandrama Swamy Temple, Vontimitta

Sri Kodandrama Swamy Temple is a Hindu sanctuary in Vontimitta built with three ornamental towers displaying Vijayanagara architectural features. The complex contains a rectangular courtyard enclosed by stone walls, creating distinct spaces organized for different religious purposes.

The sanctuary was established during the Vijayanagara period and displays architectural features characteristic of this powerful South Indian dynasty. Its structure and religious importance were documented by European travelers passing through the region in the early modern era.
