Ameenpur Dargah, Sufi shrine in Kadapa, India
The Ameenpur Dargah contains a wide ceremonial hall with multiple tombs arranged along the east-west axis within its complex structure.
Built in 1683, the shrine houses the remains of two Sufi saints, Perullah Hussaini and Arufulla Hussaini II, followers of Prophet Mohammed.
The dargah receives visitors from multiple faiths who wear saffron clothing to express their devotion during their spiritual visits.
The shrine operates daily from 5:30 AM to 11 AM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with additional hours available on Fridays.
According to local records, Peerullah Malik descended into the earth in 1716 and emerged three days later praying at the same location.
