Isfahan Birds Garden

Isfahan Birds Garden is an aviary and zoo facility in Nazhvan Forest Park featuring various bird species housed in open enclosures. Visitors can walk through multiple sections arranged among trees and landscaped grounds throughout the park.

The facility opened in 1996 as the first specialized bird installation in the Isfahan region. Its creation marked an important step in the city's environmental protection efforts.

The garden displays bird enclosures designed with local plant species, giving visitors insight into Persian wildlife diversity. Walking through the different sections allows you to observe birds in environments that reflect their natural habitats.

The facility can be accessed via Olfat Street and Shahid Habibollahi Freeway, with separate entrances for different sections. Visit on days with milder weather to see the birds more active.

The facility spreads across much of Nazhvan Forest, one of the largest remaining green spaces near Isfahan. The area offers visitors bird watching along with access to forest paths alongside the Zayanderud River.
