Imam Reza Stadium

The multi-purpose stadium spans 5.4 hectares and features a main football field surrounded by covered seating sections for 27,700 spectators.

Construction of the stadium started on March 5, 2013, and finished in January 2017, with an official inauguration ceremony on March 14, 2017.

The stadium is part of the Astan Quds Razavi Sports Complex, managed by the foundation responsible for the Imam Reza shrine in Mashhad.

The facility includes ten indoor sports halls, conference rooms, training areas, and a multi-level parking structure that fits 1,200 vehicles.

The stadium incorporates a tensile cable structure designed by French and German engineers, marking the first such construction in Iranian sports architecture.
