Porto Sant'Elpidio

Porto Sant'Elpidio is a coastal town in the Province of Fermo along the Adriatic Sea, stretching across sandy beaches between two river mouths. The area features Mediterranean vegetation and direct connections to regional transportation networks.

Archaeological digs revealed Etruscan burial grounds dating to the 8th century BC, showing early settlement in the area. Renaissance maps later documented the settlement under a different name before it adopted its current identity.

The Theater of the Bees, opened in 2006, presents international performances and children's festivals during summer months. The venue has become a cultural meeting point that draws artists and families to the town.
