Palazzo del Governo, Government palace in Taranto, Italy

The Palace features two bronze antennas at its summit, reaching 85 meters above sea level, and covers an area of 4,500 square meters.

The Palace, designed by architect Armando Brasini, opened on September 7, 1934, with Benito Mussolini presiding over the ceremony in front of Taranto citizens.

The interior decorations include artwork by the Grottagliese School artists, with Roman-inspired architecture spread across six floors of the building.

The building serves as headquarters for the Prefecture, Provincial Administration, and Police Department, with its main entrance located at Via Anfiteatro 4.

The structure's design follows an M-shaped layout and incorporates brown carparo stone, with two large bells positioned in the lateral towers.
